High School to 4+ Program Transition Rubric
As you consider the learning characteristics of your students, use the following rubric as a guide to determine college success with 4+ support.

With a score of 10-12, the probability of student success with 4+ general curriculum is likely.
With a score of 5-9, the probability of student success with 4+ Career Readiness is likely.
With score of 4 and under, the probability of student success with 4+ support is low.
