Iowa Lakes Campus Store
The Iowa Lakes Community College Campus provides an array of clothing, gifts, school supplies, beverages, and snacks at the Estherville and Emmetsburg campuses. Campus Store staff are available to help you with purchases, package shipping and delivery, and general questions. Payments can only be made by cash, check, credit, or debit card. Checks must be for the amount of purchase only. The Campus Store cannot cash checks or provide cash or change to students.
Students will order most of their textbooks through the MBS Online Textbook Store. Instructions are provided under Related Documents above. Course materials through the Campus Store are only offered for a few courses.

The MBS Online Textbook Store will open for ordering 5 to 6 weeks before the start of classes. Students are encouraged to order textbooks early and to take advantage of free shipping dates for orders. The online store and free ship dates will be posted on the Campus Store website for each term and on social media.
Textbooks offered through the Campus Store will be available prior to the start of classes.
STUDENT FINANCIAL AID VOUCHERS
Students with approved financial aid for book purchases can see Campus Store staff for textbook ordering assistance. Student Financial Aid (SFA) Vouchers are only approved through the Financial Aid office and are ONLY accepted during a specific time period. Voucher dates will be posted on the Campus Stores website and social media. Some SFA vouchers allow purchases of notebooks, pencils, and other miscellaneous course supplies, while others will not. The Financial Aid Office can answer questions regarding SFA vouchers.
SFA Students MUST provide or bring their SFA Voucher, Student ID, Iowa Lakes Student email address, and complete Course Registration information to the Campus Store before books can be ordered.
Refunds for textbooks or supplies purchased in the Campus Store will NOT be issued unless the student has an add/drop slip signed by their advisor OR if the class is canceled. Refunds can only be made for items returned unmarked and/or unopened. Receipts ARE required.
Textbooks ordered through the MBS Online Textbook Store must be processed AND returned through the MBS Online Textbook Store. Students can sign into their MBS Online Textbook Store account for information on return/refund processing. Students can bring their MBS return order to the Campus Store for return shipping ONLY IF the books are in a sealed box with a prepaid return label on the box.
With the campuses closed due to COVID-19, Summer Term textbook buyback can be completed online at https://bit.ly/2YLafwH.
Free Shipping Buyback is provided through the Campus Store the last week of each academic term. Free Shipping Buyback dates are listed on the Campus Store website and social media.
Students can sell their books back via the MBS Online Textbook Store at any time. Students can log in to their account and follow the Sell Your Books instructions.
