Clay County Golf Outing is a success
Many thanks to the sponsors and participants who attended the Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation Scholarship Event on Friday, June 2 at Spencer Golf & Country Club. The 18-hole, four-person best ball tournament included games, contests, and a raffle to help raise scholarship funds.
Clay County students attending any of Iowa Lakes Campuses were the winners.
Sincere appreciation to Iowa Lakes Alum Chris Mugge, for providing a three-hour cruise to the winning ticket holder, Stephanie Heide.
The Farmers Trust and Savings Bank team of John Beneke, Sid Fitch, Kent Nelson, and Bryan Harken posted the low score and took top honors.
