The 4-Plexes are furnished two-bedroom apartments with a living room, kitchen and large bathroom.

Students may bring a small (1000 watt max.) microwave, their own televisions, computers and personal items as they desire.
Housing Costs & Meal Plan
Room & Board is $5,000 for the 2011/2012 Academic Year for the 15 meal plan which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, Monday-Friday. This does not include the summer term.
August - December and January - May
Facilities close between semesters. Students wishing to stay during the breaks are charged a per diem rate for each day stayed. (Must be approved by the housing coordinator.)
