West Dorm
The west dormitory on the Emmetsburg campus offers 31 dorm
units. Three students occupy each room. Each unit includes:

4-Plex
The 4-Plexes are furnished two-bedroom apartments with a living room,
kitchen and large bathroom. All apartment units
include:

- Basic Cable Hookup
- Phone/Personalized Voice Mail
- Full Size Refrigerator/Freezer
- Kitchen Table and Chairs
- Couch and Chairs
- End Tables and Lamps
- Single Bed
- Dressers
- Desk
Students
may bring a small (1000 watt max.) microwave, their own televisions, computers
and personal items as they desire.
Housing Costs & Meal
Plan
Room & Board: $4600 per year. Includes 3 meals per day.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner
are served Monday - Friday and are included with all
contracts. Meals are served cafeteria-style in the Student
Center.
August - December and January - May
Facilities close between semesters. Students wishing to stay during the breaks are
charged a per diem rate for each day stayed. (Must be approved by the housing
coordinator.)
