West Dorm
The west dormitory on the Emmetsburg campus offers 31 dorm
units. Three students occupy each room. Each unit includes:

4-Plex
The 4-Plexes are furnished two-bedroom apartments with a living room,
kitchen and large bathroom. All apartment units
include:

- Full Size Refrigerator/Freezer
- Kitchen Table and Chairs
- Couch and Chairs
- End Tables and Lamps
- Single Bed
- Dressers
- Desk
Students
may bring a small (1000 watt max.) microwave, their own televisions, computers
and personal items as they desire.
Housing Costs & Meal
Plan
Room & Board is $4,800 for the 2009/2010 Academic
Year for the 15 meal plan which includes breakfast, lunch
and dinner, Monday-Friday. This does not include the summer
term.
August - December and January - May
Facilities close between semesters. Students wishing to stay during the breaks are
charged a per diem rate for each day stayed. (Must be approved by the housing
coordinator.)
