Room Deposit
A $100 deposit, which is not applicable to room or food plan charges, will be retained as a security deposit for the duration of this contract. This deposit must be returned with your contract and will not be used to pay damages during the duration of the contract. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the college year providing all housing obligations are cleared.

Housing Costs & Meal Plan
Room & Board: $4450 per year. Includes 3 meals per day.
