College Choice:
Career Exploration
College choice is one of the critical choices we make in our lives.
How we make that choice and how we conduct a search for the “perfect
fit” is not something we easily figure out alone. There are a number
of steps that can make the process easier.
Nontraditional
Careers: Combining Family and Career
Despite large numbers of women moving into traditionally male
careers like law and medicine, there is still a gap in many areas
where one issue may be the need to combine family and career
responsibilities. The workplace has begun to change – to the benefit
of both men and women – to make it possible for anyone to pursue any
career without having to choose between it and having a family. |
