Presentations:

Black and White Photography in Today’s World
Digital photography has taken over as the most accepted and used type of photography, today, but black and white photography still is meeting the artists’ needs in specialized photos and in the art world.

Children’s Story Writing
This busy, noisy and go, go, go world of the children of today leaves little time for quiet time and listening to simple stories with a moral lesson. No longer do most grandchildren listen at the knee of a grandparent telling stories of past golden days. Grandma Pam’s stories are written for nap time and bed time and all have a lesson or moral.

The Journalism and Photography Program at Iowa Lakes Community College
There is always a need for good journalists who write the facts, give balance and let their audience come to their own conclusions. Iowa Lakes offers the only two-year Journalism and Photography program in the state of Iowa. Under this umbrella, Iowa Lakes offers a two-year A.S. degree in Journalism and Photography and a one-year diploma in Photography alone
