Fitness Classes
All Fitness Classes
are being held today as scheduled!
Step Aerobics/Step Interval: Tuesdays
and Thursdays, 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.
- A low-impact high energy
workout! Burn calories and get in shape with this
class. Even if you have never tried Step before,
beginners are welcome. Class incorporates strength
training into the routine for maximum calorie burn.
Body Sculpting :
Mondays and Wednesdays, 4:30 -
5:15 p.m.
- Using hand weights,
exer-tubes, mat work and stability balls, this class is
designed to target and tone all areas of the body.
Water Workout:
Mondays and Thursdays, 6:00 - 6:50 p.m.
- A high intensity fun
workout! Use floatation belts for deep water or keep
your feet on the bottom. You do not need to know how
to swim to attend class!
Lite & Easy Water Fitness:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:00 - 9:50 a.m.
- A little less intense yet
still a great workout! An aerobic portion followed by
toning, strengthening and stretching. Non-swimmers are
welcome.
Pilates:
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30 - 5:15 p.m.
- A series of exercises done
in a certain sequence while lying on a mat, designed to
promote a balanced musculoskeletal system, resulting in core
strength, flexibility, good posture and improved body
awareness.
Boot Camp:
The first Tuesday of each month - 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
- This is for those avid
exercisers looking to boost his or her current fitness level
or break the boredom of the normal fitness schedule.
Boot Camp will be held the first Tuesday of each month and
step interval will not be held that evening.
Willow Ridge (Off site):
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 10:30 - 11:00 a.m.
- This is a class held at
Willow Ridge for their residents. It is a 30 minutes
fitness class with 15 minutes spent on
cardiovascular and 15 minutes on toning.
Wake Up With Water:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 6:00 - 6:30am
- Is not offered over the
winter and will start back up in the spring 2006.
Quick Fit: Tuesdays
and Thursdays - 6:30 - 8:00 pm
- Combines strength training
exercises with cardiovascular training. Participants
can rotate in at any time during the session to get in a 30
minute workout.
Weight Room Demonstrations
available upon request.
