Fitness Classes

 

Body Sculpting :  Wednesday mornings, 5:35 - 6:20 a.m.

  • A total body workout using dumb bells, bars and balls.

Lite & Easy Water Fitness: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:00 - 9:50 a.m.

  • A little less intense yet still a great workout!  An aerobic portion followed by toning, strengthening and stretching.  Non-swimmers are welcome.

Wake Up With Water:  Tuesdays and Thursdays -  6:00 - 6:45am

  • An intense water workout geared to wake up those early morning exercisers with a variety of exercises in the water.

Cardio Kickboxing:  Mondays and Fridays - 5:35 - 6:20 am

  • This class is a fast paced mix of cardio drills and kickboxing.  Sure to get your feet moving and your heart pumping!

Weight Room Demonstrations available upon request.

 

All Iowa Lakes Community College  students may attend fitness classes for free.

Please call the Wellness Center at 712-852-5311 for prices and any changes in the schedule prior to attending.

Our fitness classes are for all levels and abilities. We encourage everyone to work at their own pace. Non-swimmers are welcome for the water aerobics classes.
