Fitness Classes*
Body Sculpting :
Monday mornings, 5:35 - 6:20 a.m. and Monday afternoons 4:45 -
5:30 p.m.
- A total body workout using
dumb bells, bars and balls.
Lite & Easy Water Fitness:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:00 - 9:50 a.m.
- A little less intense yet
still a great workout! An aerobic portion followed by
toning, strengthening and stretching. Non-swimmers are
welcome.
Wake Up With Water:
Tuesdays and Thursdays - 6:00 - 6:45am
- An intense water workout
geared to wake up those early morning exercisers with a
variety of exercises in the water.
Cardio Kickboxing:
Wednesdays - 5:35 - 6:20 am
- This class is a fast paced
mix of cardio drills and kickboxing. Sure to get your
feet moving and your heart pumping!
Cardio Sculpt:
Thursday evenings 6:00 - 6:30 pm
- A fast paced total-body
cardio and strength-training workout using your own body
weight
*Inclement weather policy for
aerobic classes: if Emmetsburg Schools have a late start,
due to weather, there will be NO morning aerobic classes.
If school dismisses early, due to weather, thee will be NO
afternoon or even aerobic classes.
