Smith Wellness Center Memberships

Memberships are valid for a 12-month period from the date of purchase.

Single Youth- K-12	$22.08 Per Month* (One Year Contract) $225.00 if paid in advance $90.00 paid in advance
Married Couple	$30.00 Per Month* (One Year Contract) $325.00 if paid in advance
Family	$32.50 Per Month* (One Year Contract) $350 if paid in advance
Daily Fees: Single Family	$4.00 per day (5 years & under free when accompanied by an adult) $13.00 per day for all members of an immediate family.
