Classroom and lab experiences in the Construction Technology program are totally based on competency. As you achieve competency at one level you move on to the next. You learn all aspects of the related building trades.

The uniqueness of this program is the combining of the related building trades of masonry, plumbing, electrical wiring and drywall with the usual carpentry skills of concrete, framing, finish and cabinet hanging. All these areas are studied in the classroom and then practiced in the lab before execution of a variety of projects both at and away from the college. You will do actual construction jobs from estimating to finish.
