I graduated from Iowa Lakes Community College in December 2005 with an Associate degree in General Studies as well as Journalism and Photography. While attending Iowa Lakes, I learned many valuable lessons. My Journalism courses helped me be able to obtain a career in the Journalism field if I chose. I loved both sides of my program, but really excelled with the photography.  

I am currently working for PictureME! Portrait Studios, where I have been for over 3 years. I started my career with the studios just a month after graduation. I am the manager of my studio and also help run our area district. The education that I received from Iowa Lakes is invaluable for my career in photography. Without this education, I would not be where I am today.
