The 18th Annual Business Competition
Day at Iowa Lakes Community College
was held March 28 at the Emmetsburg
Campus of Iowa Lakes. Nine area high
schools with over 200 students
competed in this year’s event.

CAREER DAY PLANNED AT IOWA LAKES
COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Iowa Lakes Community College is
hosting a Career Day for some 900
area high school students on
Tuesday, April 3. Twenty area high
schools will bus students to the
Emmetsburg campus where some 80+
experts in their careers will
present short programs on what their
career entails.

Believe In Us" Aviation Scholarship.
Ken and Victoria Kemna joined the
Iowa Lakes Community College
President’s Circle of giving this
winter. As a result of this
partnership with Iowa Lakes and
Ken’s love for flying, the Kemnas
decided to utilize their President’s
Circle gift for enhancing this
scholarship to further support the
aviation industry.
