Two Iowa Lakes Community College basketball players have
been named 'Athlete of the Week.' Josh McKinney was named
'Male Athlete of the Week' and Lacey Geitzenauer was
selected as 'Scholar Athlete of the Week' for the week of
January 12.

CONTEST LINEUP ANNOUNCED
On Tuesday, January 27 through Thursday, January 29, the
Iowa Lakes Community College Music Department will host its
29th Annual Jazz Band Contest. Forty-four bands from 40
schools will compete for the top three places in each of
five divisions.

FESTIVAL PLANNED
On Thursday, Jan. 22, and Friday, Jan. 23, 20 area high
school show choirs and jazz choirs will participate in the
2004 Iowa Lakes Show Choir Festival. The show choirs will
perform and receive comments from a clinician.
