COMPUTER FORENSICS OPTION FOR CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROGRAM
Students interested
in a criminal justice career now have an additional option
for their profession. Computer Forensics – the scientific
investigation of computer crimes – will be offered
starting in the fall of 2003 at Iowa Lakes Community
College.

BASKETBALL CAMP PLANNED
Time is running out to be a participant in the 15th Annual
Iowa Lakes Youth Basketball Camp. The camp, which will be
held at the Iowa Lakes Community College Gym on June 9-12,
is still accepting registrations.

PRESIDENT SELECTED FOR EMMETSBURG CAMPUS
A LuVerne resident has been selected to lead the student
senate at Iowa Lakes Community College’s Emmetsburg Campus
for the 2003-2004 college year. Jamie Pedersen is a
freshman student majoring in Arts & Science courses
designed to transfer to an elementary education major at a
four-year college.

PRESIDENT SELECTED FOR ESTHERVILLE CAMPUS
An Algona resident has been selected to lead the
student senate at Iowa Lakes Community College’s Estherville
Campus for the 2003-2004 college year. Mike Plathe is a
freshman student in the Aviation program. He hopes to
transfer to a four-year college where he will finish his
degree in aviation with a long-term goal of becoming a
commercial pilot.

Lakes Community College athletes have been selected. The
players are selected by and voted upon by the coaches in
Region XI.

SCHOOL ALL-AMERICAN
Andrew Cuff, a 5’9”, 160 pound, point guard, from New
Creations High School in Richmond, Ind., is coming off an
outstanding senior season in which he led his team to a 31-3
record and a National Association of Christian Athletes (NACA)
Division III National Championship.
