AG PROCESSING INC. SCHOLARSHIP ESTABLISHED AT IOWA LAKES

Iowa Lakes Community College has announced the establishment of the Ag Processing Inc., Scholarship. Two students will be awarded $500 for this scholarship annually.

Ag Processing Inc. (AGP®) is a farmer-owned cooperative; engaged in the procurement, processing, marketing and transportation of grains and grain products in Emmetsburg.

“Ag Processing has been a long time supporter of Iowa Lakes Community College,” stated Shan Ray, Institutional Advancement Executive Director. “This is another wonderful showing of the belief in the college, its students and the agriculture industry.”

Eligible candidates for the Ag Processing Inc. Scholarship must be enrolled full time at Iowa Lakes Community College in the Biorenewable Fuels program and have achieved and continue to maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA. Candidates must also address personal interests in the agriculture industry and career goals in that field in the scholarship application summary. If chosen as a recipient, the candidate must use the award for tuition, books or fees.
