IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE ANNOUNCES SPENCER HOSPITAL HEALTHCARE SCHOLARSHIP

As a result of joining the Iowa Lakes Community College President’s Circle of giving by committing to an annual minimum gift of $2,500, Spencer Hospital has established the Spencer Hospital Healthcare Scholarship.

This scholarship will be open to students planning to pursue healthcare careers at Iowa Lakes Community College who meet the following criteria.

The individual must be planning to enroll full time during 2008-09 at Iowa Lakes in Nursing (preference will be given to nursing students who express an interest in pursuing a BSN), Paramedic Science, Pharmacy Technician or Surgical Technology and reside in Buena Vista, Cherokee, Clay, Dickinson, Emmet, O’Brien, Osceola, Palo Alto or Pocahontas counties.
