OPEN HOUSE PLANNED AT ALGONA CAMPUS OF IOWA LAKES

Area residents are invited to attend an open house planned for later this month at the Algona campus of Iowa Lakes Community College.

The event will start at 4 p.m. and continue through 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 21.

“Getting a degree is possible right here in Algona,” said Trudy Kattner, Dean of the Algona campus of Iowa Lakes. “We can help people both financially and with their scheduling to realize their dreams.”

The Algona campus offers a local and affordable place to get a degree. Whether, a person is changing careers, just finishing high school and looking for a college close to home.

The Algona campus is located at 2111 Hwy. 169 N. Everyone is encouraged to stop by and look around the campus.
