Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded Andrew Gonzalez of Elmore, Minn., as the 2008 spring semester recipient of the Henry Torkelson Scholarship.

Henry Torkelson is a former Iowa Lakes instructor in the Farm Equipment Mechanics program. This scholarship is awarded to a second-year student enrolled in the Farm Equipment and Diesel Technology program at Iowa Lakes.
