IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS PALO ALTO COUNTY GOLF OUTING SCHOLARSHIP

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the 2007-08 Palo Alto County Golf Outing Scholarship.

Recipients include Tony Brownell, Kristi Hoffert, Nathan Hovinga, Matthew Lowman, Kelsey McCain, Michael Snoderly, Chase Soenen, Cody Soenen, Jeremy Wickman and Kristina Williams of Emmetsburg; Stacy Sikora and Tammi Widener of Ruthven; Halicia Zwiefel of Fenton; and Katrina Hoch and Jordan Laubenthal of West Bend.

The Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation, with the help of Emmetsburg campus staff and community golf committee members, coordinates an annual scholarship fundraising golf outing. Many community individuals, businesses and Iowa Lakes employees attend or sponsor the event showing their support of Iowa Lakes, Palo Alto County and its students.

Applicants for this scholarship may be traditional or nontraditional students residing in Palo Alto County. Students must attend Iowa Lakes Community College full time while maintaining a minimum 2.0 GPA.
