DOWNING SIGNS LETTER OF INTENT WITH IOWA LAKES

Iowa Lakes Community College Head Women’s Basketball Coach Brian Radtke has announced the signing of Hanna Downing, of Elk River, Minn., to a National Junior College Letter of Intent.

Hanna is a 5’11" wing who averaged 10 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals, and shot 30 percent from the 3-point line this past season. Hanna played for her father, Jeff Downing at Zimmerman High School in Elk River, Minn.

"Hanna has the ability to play both outside and inside with her height." says Coach Radtke. "With her leadership and her ability to shoot the 3 point shot, we will be expecting great things from Hanna. I am looking forward to her joining our Iowa Lakes team."
