LONG LIST OF IOWA LAKES STUDENT-ATHLETES RECEIVE NJCAA
ACADEMIC ALL-REGION HONORS
A total of 33
Iowa Lakes Community College student-athletes have been named to
the Academic All-Region Team for the 2006-2007 college season
from the National Junior College Athletic Association.
The criteria for
earning 2nd Team status is a 3.0 – 3.49 GPA, and 1st Team honors
are achieved with a 3.5 – 4.0 GPA. These can be either a
semester GPA or cumulative GPA.
"We are very
pleased with the number of student-athletes that we have
represented on the Academic All-Region Teams," said Athletics
Director Troy Larson. "Our coaches are doing a great job
recruiting quality students who are committed academically as
well as athletically."

student-athletes who received the NJCAA Academic Awards are as
follows:
