IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS "WE BELIEVE IN US" SCHOLARSHIP

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the 2006 – 2007 "We Believe In Us" Scholarships to several area students.

Students receiving the scholarship include: JoAnna Asmus of Alden; Steven Santee of Ankeny; Matthew Sorensen of Atlantic; Dustin Reitz of Battle Creek; Kyle Lundsgaard of Cherokee; Amber Crow of Cresco; Terri Alley of Emmetsburg; Jenna Radig of Estherville; Randee Fahlenkamp and Alyssa Rosenberg of Hartley; Whitney Wilson of Humboldt; Tyler Bruggeman of Inwood; Adrienne Hardin of Lake Park; Jeanette Kessel of Lake Park; Brady Arends of Lehigh; Jeremy Korver of Maurice; Darlene Powers and Joel Wymore of Milford; Nicholas Thornton of Newell; Sarah Wielenga of Orange City; Amanda Hansen of Royal; Ronald Sampson Jr., of Sioux City; Melissa Goyette and Megan Skonhovd of Spencer; and Casey Carlson of Spirit Lake.

The "We Believe In Us" Scholarship is possible as a result of the Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation’s annual giving program entitled "We Believe In Us." The employees and alumni of Iowa Lakes, along with community businesses and individuals, annually donate to the program for the betterment of the college and its students through scholarships or improvement in programs.

All Iowa Lakes students are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
