IOWA LAKES SOFTBALL HITTING CAMP UPDATE
The late session
for the Iowa Lakes Hitting camp has been filled, but there still
remains room at the noon and 1:45 sessions. The camp will be
held on three successive Sundays (Sunday, Jan. 21, Sunday, Jan.
28 and Sunday, Feb. 4). There will be three sessions, one
beginning at noon, one at 1:45 p.m. and one at 3:30 p.m. (again
that one has been filled). Also, the date of Saturday, Feb. 17
has been set aside for the Iowa Lakes Middle School softball
camp (look for more information coming out next week).
The emphasis this
season will be on getting back to fundamentals. The camp will
also include hitting fundamentals, drill sequences to develop a
good swing, and video analysis using the Right View Pro video
analysis system. The camp will also point out common hitting
problems and how to fix them and send each camper home with a
DVD of their swing.
Bosch and his
staff were named the 2006 NFCA Midwest Coaching Staff of the
Year and come off a 57-8 season which saw three of Bosch’s

is $50. For more information contact Mike Bosch at 712-362-7997
