IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS AVIATION SCHOLARSHIP

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the "We Believe In Us" 2006 – 2007 Aviation Scholarship.

This year’s recipients include Derek Berven of Ringsted; Jeff Noble of Sioux City; as well as Adam Schreier and Lane Mars of Orange City.

This scholarship is a direct result of the Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation’s "We Believe In Us" Annual Giving Program. The employees and alumni of Iowa Lakes, along with community businesses and individuals, annually donate to the program for the betterment of the college and its students through scholarships or improvement in programs.

Eligible candidates for this scholarship are Iowa Lakes students in the Aviation/Airport Management program who display unmet financial need.
