IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS WEBBER TRUST SCHOLARSHIP

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the 2006 – 2007 Guy Webber Trust Scholarship to Jeff LeSieuer and Danny Sexe of Estherville.

This scholarship was established by Guy Webber, a former attorney for the railroad from Estherville. Following his legal career Webber lived an extremely meager lifestyle and designated his estate to provide scholarship funding to graduating seniors of Estherville Lincoln Central High School.

Eligible candidates must be in the upper 25 percent of their graduating class, be planning to enroll in Iowa Lakes Community College, demonstrate financial need and not be an officer, employee, or stockholder of Emmet County State Bank or be related to one of the above.
