Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the 2007-08 Don Schafer Memorial Scholarship to Benjamin Ulrich of West Bend.

Family and friends of Schafer established this scholarship in his memory. The successful candidate must be a graduating senior from the West Bend-Mallard School District in good academic standing and planning to enroll full time at Iowa Lakes Community College. This is a need based scholarship and must be used for tuition, books and/or fees.
