STUDENT SENATORS SELECTED AT EMMETSBURG CAMPUS OF IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Student senators have been selected for the Emmetsburg Campus of Iowa Lakes Community College for the 2007-2008 college year.

Those students include: Amy Hotovec, Business Administration Ringsted, who is serving as the president of the senators; Joe Feauto, Arts and Science, Akron, who has been elected as the vice president of student government; Jenah Mulhbauer, Early Childhood Education, Royal, who is the secretary/treasurer of the senators; Meagan Hanson, Early Childhood Education, Lakefield Minn.; Emily Geerdes, Ag Transfer, Everly; Allison Classen, Ag Transfer, West Bend; Ijeoma Nnebedum, Practical Nurse, Lake Elmo, Minn.; Nichole Li, Early Childhood Education, Emmetsburg; Kelly Kessenich, Accounting Specialist, LeMars; Julie Johnson, Registered Nurse, Spencer; Caryn Robinson, Ag Transfer, West Bend.

Student senators plan campus activities throughout the year; participate in a Leadership Conference; and travel to Des Moines with other community college student leaders to learn about legislative processes.
