IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS DEVELOPMENTAL SCHOLARSHIP

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the “We Believe In Us” 2007-08 Developmental Scholarship to Michael Snoderly of Emmetsburg.

This scholarship is a direct result of the Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation’s “We Believe In Us” Annual Giving Program. Annually Iowa Lakes employees and alumni, along with community businesses and individuals, donate to the program for the betterment of the college and its students through scholarships or program improvements.

Eligible candidates for this scholarship must have taken one or more developmental classes at Iowa Lakes, possess a minimum 3.0 GPA after one semester of class work and display financial need. Applicants should include educational goals and tell how developmental courses helped them achieve educational and career goals in their self summary of the application process.
