IOWA LAKES BASKETBALL SIGNS TWO CHICAGO HIGH SCHOOL STANDOUTS
Iowa Lakes
Community College Head Men’s Basketball Coach Troy Larson has
announced the signings of Kyle Clark and Martell Kehl to
National Letters of Intent.
Clark, a 6’3" 215
pound guard/forward, led Prologue Charter School to a 23-2
record and a Charter School League Championship during his
senior year. Clark averaged 19 points, 7 rebounds, 7 assists,
and 5 steals per game. Clark was a first-team All Charter League
selection as well as being a member of the Dyett Christmas All
Tournament Team. Clark is enrolled in the Associate in Arts
degree program.
"We are pleased
to add Kyle to our program. He can play numerous positions on
the floor and has a good level of toughness," said Larson.
Kehl, a 6’4’’ 175
pound guard, also played for Prologue Charter School. Kehl
averaged 27 points, 4 rebounds, and 5 assists during his senior
season. He was a two-time, first-team All Charter League
selection as well as being a member of the Dyett Christmas All
Tournament Team. Kehl is also enrolled in the Associate in Arts
degree program.
"We are very
excited about Martell. He really shoots the basketball well and
can score a lot of points," said Larson.
Both Clark and
Kehl played for Coach Damien Price at Prologue Charter School.
