IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS ADULT LEARNER SCHOLARSHIPS

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the fall semester 2005 Adult Learner Scholarships.

Recipients are Michelle Garcia, Algona Campus; Jane Miner Emmetsburg Campus; Travis Sheridan, Estherville Campus; Bernice Gardner, Spencer Campus and Karen Sweeney, Spirit Lake Campus.

The Adult Learner Scholarship is an award given each semester to one nontraditional student at each of the five campuses. Applicants must be at least 25 years of age, have completed at least 12 credit hours at Iowa Lakes Community College and show evidence of superior academic ability.
