IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS THE CLYDE
& GRACE SANBORN SCHOLARSHIP
Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the
2005 – 2006 Clyde & Grace Sanborn Scholarship.
This year’s recipients are Brandon Lewis of
Armstrong; William Wegner of Dolliver; Richelle
Blinkmann, Ross Cody, Elizabeth Erickson,
Nicholas Erickson, Kevin Grems, Nicholas Gruhlke,
Kayla Helget, Michael Hill, Jason Johansen,
Wayne Lair, Brett Lewis, Ashley McDonald, Ian
McDonald, Whitney Nelson, Andrea Origer, Julie
Poyzer, Jenna Radig, Sara Rohrbaugh, Brad
Tirevold, and Alyson Truog of Estherville; Brock
Matheason, Erin McCain, Jodie Murray, and Adam
Simington of Graettinger; John Looft of Ledyard;
Ryan Berven of Ringsted; Dustin Ellman and
Malloree Lockwood of Swea City; Seth Lundgren of
Wallingford; and Katie Adkins of Jackson, Minn.
The Sanborns were former business owners in
Estherville and set up a fund to be used for
scholarships for Iowa Lakes Community College
students. This scholarship is awarded annually
to students who have graduated from
Armstrong-Ringsted, Estherville Lincoln Central,
Graettinger-Terril, North Kossuth and Martin
County West (with a Dunnell, Minn. address).
