IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS NURSING SCHOLARSHIP

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the “We Believe In Us” fall 2005 semester Nursing Scholarships.

This year’s recipients are Karen Sweeney of Hartley; Diane Guthrie of Milford; Stacie Ruotolo of Swea City and Elizabeth Bettin of Welcome, Minn.

This scholarship is a direct result of the Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation’s “We Believe In Us” Annual Giving Program. Annually Iowa Lakes employees and alumni, along with community businesses and individuals donate to the “We Believe In Us” program for the betterment of the college and its students through scholarships or improvements to college programs.

Eligible candidates are Nursing program students attending Iowa Lakes full time with a GPA in good standing.
