IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS MEDICAL ASSISTANT SCHOLARSHIP

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the “We Believe In Us” 2005 – 2006 Medical Assistant Scholarship to Barbara Hyink of Algona.

This scholarship is a direct result of the Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation’s “We Believe In Us” Annual Giving Program. Annually Iowa Lakes employees and alumni, along with community businesses and individuals donate to the “We Believe In Us” program for the betterment of the college and its students through scholarships or improvements to college programs.

Eligible candidates for this scholarship are full-time nontraditional students in the Iowa Lakes Medical Assistant program who display financial need as determined by the FAFSA results.
