IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS THE DENNIS HAGEMAN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

A scholarship established at Iowa Lakes Community College in memory of one of its longtime professors has been awarded for the 2005 – 2006 college year.

This year’s recipient of the Dennis Hageman Memorial Scholarship is Mary Heskett of Estherville.

Dennis enriched the lives of students at Iowa Lakes from 1967 until his retirement in 2000. Family members and friends established this scholarship to keep his memory alive while impacting students. Eligible candidates are students planning to transfer to a four-year university who possess and maintain a 3.0 GPA and show financial need.
