IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS THE LLOYD & FRANCES GEORGE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the 2005 – 2006 Lloyd & Frances George Memorial Scholarship to Ryan Berven of Ringsted.

This scholarship was established by family and friends in memory of Lloyd & Frances to help a hometown Ringsted student achieve academic success. The couple’s four children and two grandchildren graduated from Iowa Lakes.
Graduates of Armstrong/Ringsted High School with a permanent Ringsted address attending the Estherville or Emmetsburg Campus may apply for this scholarship if they possess and maintain a 2.0 GPA.
