FACULTY TITLES ANNOUNCED AT IOWA LAKES
Several faculty members at Iowa Lakes Community
College were awarded titles at the college’s
annual in-service meeting this fall.
Receiving academic title certificates of
“Instructor” titles were Kelli Egland, Nursing
Instructor, Emmetsburg Campus; Janet Gentle,
Massage Therapy, Spencer Campus; Mark Gruwell,
Legal Assistant, Estherville Campus; Johnny
Hurley, Business, Estherville Campus; Michelle
Kogel, SAVE Program Coordinator, Emmetsburg
Campus; Kyle Norris, Science/Athletic Training
Instructor/Coordinator, Emmetsburg and
Estherville Campuses; Bob Pritchard, Broadcast
Media Specialist Program Instructor/Coordinator,
Estherville Campus; Mike Schmidt, Wind Energy
Turbine Technology Instructor, Estherville
Campus; Tara Steburg, Nursing Instructor,
Emmetsburg Campus; and Miranda Stover, Nursing
Instructor, Spirit Lake Campus.
Reaching the level of Assistant Professor were
Ryan Eick, SAVE, Emmetsburg Campus; Nichole
Foxhoven, SAVE, Emmetsburg Campus; Scott Miller,
Science, Emmetsburg Campus; Judy Naber, English,
Emmetsburg and Estherville Campuses; and Diana
Refsell, Counselor, Estherville Campus.
Associate Professor certificates were awarded to
Kerry Erickson, Hotel Restaurant Management,
Emmetsburg Campus; Debbie Wilson, Graphic Design
and Technology, Estherville Campus; Pat Hall,
Aviation, Estherville Campus; Eileen Kadow,
Math, Emmetsburg Campus; Mary Gengerke, Nursing,
Emmetsburg Campus; Mary Burns, Speech,
Estherville Campus; and Patti Tedesco,
Counseling, Emmetsburg Campus.
Dennis McDonald, English, Estherville Campus and
Jamie Simpson, Child Care, Emmetsburg Campus
received the title of Professor.
