MOTHER’S DAY CONCERT PLANNED

The Iowa Lakes Community College Handbell Concert under the direction of Carol Ayres will be performing on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8th. The concert will be held at 3 pm at the Crossroads Community Church in Estherville and would be a unique gift for any mother.

The group will be playing 5 octaves of handbells using various techniques as martellato, plucking, mallets, echo effect and more. The group will also have flute, timpani, and other exciting percussion instruments.

The concert will be a wonderful experience. Please join the handbell group and bring your special lady to celebrate Mother’s Day.
