TAKE A SUMMER CLASS – GET AHEAD
Individuals wishing to get ahead or catch up on
classes with their four-year college will be
interested in summer classes at Iowa Lakes
Community College.
A variety of transferable coursework is
available starting June 28 at the second session
of classes.
Many students take summer classes. Some are
interested in the courses to lighten their
course load the following college year. Others
use the classes to reach the goal of graduation
earlier. While other students take this
opportunity to catch up.
Course offerings include such classes as
Physical Science, English Comp II, Principles of
Accounting II, Intro to Short Stories, Finite
Math, Natural History Workshops, American
Government and many other general education
courses. In addition, several Fast Track classes
are also offered throughout the summer months.
Classes are available at all campuses of Iowa
Lakes in Algona, Emmetsburg, Estherville,
Spencer and Spirit Lake. Daytime, afternoon and
evening classes are still open at all locations
of Iowa Lakes.
