IOWA LAKES SHOW CHOIR
FESTIVAL IS NEXT WEEK
On Thursday, January 20, and Friday, January 21,
23 area high school show choirs and jazz choirs
will participate in the 2005 Iowa Lakes Show
Choir Festival. The show choirs will perform and
receive comments from clinician, Kurt Runestad.
The choirs will perform between 8 a.m. and 3
p.m. on Thursday and between 8 a.m. and 3:40
p.m. on Friday in the gymnasium on the
Estherville campus of Iowa Lakes Community
College. The public is invited to watch any of
the show choirs perform and there is no
admission charge.
The following High Schools will be participating
in the festival: Estherville Lincoln Central,
Emmetsburg, Spirit Lake, North Kossuth,
Harris-Lake Park, Spencer, Cherokee, Forest
City, Algona, Sibley-Ocheyedan, Sheldon,
Pocahontas, Norwalk, Eagle Grove,
Laurens-Marathon and Denison.
