IOWA LAKES TO HOLD MIDDLE SCHOOL SOFTBALL CAMP

Iowa Lakes Community College Head Softball Coach Mike Bosch has announced the dates for the Middle School Softball Camp. The all day camp will be held on three different Saturdays (Saturday, Feb. 5; Saturday, Feb. 12; and, Saturday, March 12). Each date will be limited to the first 20 players for quality instruction purposes.

The camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will cover all facets of softball. The camp will start with throwing fundamentals; work into infield and outfield play; and then break for lunch (which is included in the cost). In the afternoon, the camp will cover hitting and base running before finishing up with handing out T-shirts and giveaways at the end of the camp.

In addition to the softball camp, Bosch is also hosting a hitting clinic for 9th-12th grade female players in January and February.
