IOWA LAKES SIGNS ANOTHER CEDAR RAPIDS GUARD
Aaron Smith of Cedar Rapids Washington has signed a National
Junior College Letter of Intent to play basketball at Iowa Lakes
Community College.
The 6'2" Honorable-Mention All-Metro and All-Conference guard
helped guide the Warriors to a 2004 State Tournament
appearance. Smith will join his Cedar Rapids Washington
teammate, Kyle Graw, who signed with Head Coach Jason Vande
Brake's Lakers back in April. The duo will be called on to help
fill the void left behind by the sophomore backcourt tandem of
Travis Larson and Josh McKinney.
Aaron is the son of Larry and Sue Smith of Cedar Rapids. He is
enrolled in the Associate in Arts Degree program at Iowa Lakes
Community College.
