jim & kay billings Scholarship

Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the 2004-05 Jim & Kay Billings Scholarship to Jerad Florian of Dow City.

The Jim & Kay Billings Scholarship was initiated by several Iowa Lakes employees to honor and express appreciation for former college President Jim Billings’ leadership, vision and accomplishments at Iowa Lakes Community College.  Full-time students must show financial need yet do not qualify for Federal Financial Assistance.
