GIFTS OFFERED FOR WELLNESS CENTER MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

The Arthur and Audrey Smith Wellness Center in Emmetsburg is offering free gifts to individuals who sign up for automatic checking withdrawal payments for monthly memberships.

"Not only does this make it convenient for our present Wellness Center users, but we also provide the same gift to new users of the Wellness Center," said Deb Knight, of the Wellness Center.

Those who take advantage of this offer will receive a Wellness Center T-shirt as well as five free day passes.

"The day passes make the perfect gift to put in a birthday card or to use when out-of-town guests or grandchildren visit, or when you just want to share the Wellness Center with somebody for an afternoon of fun," Knight said.

The effort was launched at the beginning of the year because many people are thinking about New Year's resolutions - which often include 'better health.' "This is an excellent way to have a year's membership to our health facility on a monthly budget," Knight said.

Those interested will be able to take advantage of the offer through the 2004 calendar year.
