LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE AWARDS
PRESIDENTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS
Iowa Lakes Community College has awarded the 2003-04 Presidential
Scholarships.
First year
recipients are Jenna Hansen of Armstrong; Seth Beenken of
Bancroft; Tony Condon, Jenny Heebner, Amy Koenecke, Jacquelyn
Prince and Christina Schneider of Estherville; Amber Marra and
Alissa Rosene of George; Megan Edwards of Gilmore City; Sheila
Kulow and Krystal Schultz of Graettinger; Nick Klein of Hartley;
Ashley VanWyk of Monroe; Darcy Sonius of Royal; Krista Richards of
Somers; Erin Preston of Swea City; and Minnesota residents Jenna
Groen of Ellsworth; Benjamin Landsteiner of Fairmont and Laura
O'Neil of Jackson.
Second year recipients are Brenda Kahler of Bancroft; Brian Naig
of Cylinder; Timothy Overmire of Hartley; Jamie Pedersen of
LuVerne; Kipp Fehr of Mallard; Danielle Clouse of Ruthven; Rachel
Hodges, Lyudmyla Lysenko and Patricia Miller of Spencer; Angela
Bodle and Karen Hiles of Wallingford; Brittany Rinne of St. James,
Minn.; and Sara Williams of South Sioux City, Neb.
The Presidential Scholarship is an academic ability award
structured for the talented, gifted, highly motivated and creative
student. Awards range from 30 percent to 100 percent tuition, or
a $100 academic award depending upon qualifications.

applying for Iowa Lakes Community College Scholarships are
