2004-05 SCHOLARSHIP BOOKLETS NOW AVAILABLE

Iowa Lakes Community College has announced that the 2004-05 Scholarship Opportunities Booklets are now available.

Statistics show 72 percent of Iowa Lakes' students are in need of financial assistance to achieve their educational goals.  As a direct result of generous gifts from Iowa Lakes' employees, area businesses, organizations, families and individuals, Iowa Lakes is able to offer many scholarships to deserving students.

The scholarship booklet contains a description of each scholarship, eligibility criteria and an explanation the application process.  Booklets are available at all five sites of Iowa Lakes Community College - Algona, Emmetsburg, Estherville, Spencer and Spirit Lake or on the website at www.iowalakes.edu.  Each Iowa Lakes student is eligible for a minimum of four scholarships and is encouraged to apply.
