Very few people like to change and it seems the older people get, the harder it is to change. 

And change is critical in today’s world.

To help keep people and organizations on the cutting edge, Iowa Lakes Community College is presenting the workshop “When You’re Through Changing, You’re Through” by Steve Siemens. 

In his workshop, Siemens will address the willingness to take risks, fail, try new things and change.  Siemens encourages stepping across the line, getting out of the box and starting to think differently in order to change, because ‘when you’re through changing, you’re through!’
