IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE FOUNDATION ANNOUNCES
ESTABLISHMENT OF NORMA NEWHOUSE MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

The Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation announces the establishment of a new memorial scholarship. 

The family of Norma Newhouse, Emmetsburg, has established a scholarship in her memory.  Norma worked at the Emmetsburg Care Center for over 23 years, until the time of her death, as a Certified Nurse Assistant.  She greatly valued higher education and believed in quality care for all citizens.  Qualified candidates will be a second year, full-time, non-traditional student enrolled in the Iowa Lakes Community College ADN Nursing Program.  This annual scholarship may be used for tuition, books and fees and will be split between fall and spring semesters. 

Deadline for applying for this scholarship are April 1, 2003.
