IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE TO HOST
2003 AND 2004 REGION XI GOLF TOURNAMENT

Iowa Lakes Community College has been awarded the bid to host the 2003 and 2004 Region XI golf tournament.  The tournament will be held at the Spencer Golf and Country Club in Spencer, IA.  Tournament dates for 2003 are May 4^th and 5^th and for 2004 are May 2^nd and 3^rd.

The Region XI tournament is the qualifying tournament for the Division II Junior College nationals, which will be held at Palm Valley Golf Course in Phoenix, Ariz.  Iowa Lakes was awarded the bid by vote of the Region XI golf coaches at its annual meeting in Marshalltown last month.
