SOUP SUPPER PLANNED AT IOWA LAKES COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Area residents are encouraged to attend a soup supper planned at Iowa Lakes Community College on Tuesday, January 14.

Student Senators from the Emmetsburg Campus are organizing the event.  The supper will include four kinds of soup (vegetable beef, potato, chili and Wisconsin cheese), a made-to-order sandwich, along with cheesecake for dessert.  Attendees will be able to select a sourdough bread bowl or their choice of French, rye, marble Rueben or wheat.  A live band will be performing periodically throughout the dinner hour.

Tickets are $6 for adults and $3 for children 12 and younger.  Serving will be from 4:30-7:30 p.m. in the Wellness Center Gymnasium.

The college is located at 3200 College Drive.
